Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Heartcraft Cards different from other card brands?

Most cards assume a specific type of relationship or identity. Heartcraft Cards are written to reflect real LGBTQ+ experiences, chosen family, and relationships that don’t fit traditional labels.

Are your cards only for LGBTQ+ people?

No. Our cards are for anyone who wants more accurate, thoughtful language around identity, relationships, and connection. Many customers are also allies buying for people in their lives.

Do your cards include specific identity labels?

Some do, and some don’t. We offer both explicitly labeled cards and more open-ended designs so you can choose what feels right for your situation.

What kinds of occasions do you cover?

We create cards for birthdays, anniversaries, coming out, transitions, weddings, breakups, everyday appreciation, and moments that don’t have a standard category.

Are your cards always serious?

No. While some cards are more reflective or affirming, others are playful, sarcastic, or lighthearted. The tone varies depending on the message.

Can I request a custom message or design?

Not at the moment, but we’re exploring custom options in the future based on demand.

Do you offer blank cards?

Yes. Some designs are intentionally left blank inside so you can write your own message.

What materials are your cards made from?

We use high-quality cardstock designed for durability and a premium feel. Specific material details may vary by collection.

Do you ship discreetly?

Yes. Orders are packaged without revealing the contents, so you can send them confidently.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship within the United States and are working toward expanding internationally.

What if I’m not sure which card fits my situation?

Look for our more flexible or open-ended designs. These cards are written to work across different relationships and contexts.

What is your return or exchange policy?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it. For other issues, reach out and we’ll work toward a reasonable solution.
